Contact Us:

If you find you have questions about the adoption or animal release process, would like a quote for us to do an educational event, or have more detailed questions about dietary or habitat requirements than are listed on our page, contact us via email at gharescue@gmail.com Please do not use the address to contact us regarding having found a wild animal, as we cannot assit. DNR has stringent rules for the rehabilitation of wildlife, and the resources listed on our page "Found and injured native species?" are there to provide support for this issue.

We are not veterinarians and cannot provide any medical advice. We are always happy to give husbandry advice based on veterinary recommendations (this can sometimes differ from the advice given by online forums or pet shops).

Please be patient with us, as we are all volunteers with full-time jobs, families, and pets of our own. Most questions can be answered from various pages on our website, so please ensure you have looked at those prior to reaching out. We do our best to get back to emails sent within 2 working days, if not sooner. Your query will be responded to on a faster time scale if it is sent to our email above instead of our social media profiles, which a volunteer also handles. Thank you!
